LouLou Vorsteveld
Dr. Lou Vorsteveld is President and CEO of Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. Dr. Vorsteveld joined Buderus in 1995 as a sales engineer and technical support. He has served as President and CEO since 2003. Dr. Vorsteveld is responsible for overseeing operations, steering the company’s strategic operations and working with the German parent corporation on the design of new products for the North American market.

Dr. Vorsteveld moved to the United States in 1979 and spent nine years at the University of Vermont earning his BA, MA and PhD in mechanical engineering. While at the University Lou participated in a four year Army grant studying solid rocket fuel and presented information on the study at technical meetings. Before joining Buderus Lou helped run the family dairy farm, tripling their business in eight years. Since beginning with Buderus Dr. Vorsteveld has served as General Manager (1999), Vice President (2000 to 2003) and in 2003 was appointed as President and CEO.

 

WillWill Powers
Will Powers is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. Powers joined Buderus in 2002 and has been instrumental in the formation of Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. as well as shaping strategy and operations for the company. Mr. Powers has served as the company's CFO since 2003 and is responsible for all of the company's administrative functions, including finance, information technology, and human resources.

Powers was previously with Cozy Technology Inc., a software development company, where he spent two years as the director of finance and business development. He also spent eight years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., an investment bank, where he held a variety of positions within finance. Powers earned an M.B.A. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a B.A. in Computer Science from Assumption College.

 

KyleR. Kyle Murray
R. Kyle Murray is Senior VP of Marketing for Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. Murray spent 20 years with Controlled Energy Corporation (CEC) in various positions including National Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service. In 2005 he helped with the acquisition of Controlled Energy by Robert Bosch GMBH and the formation of Bosch Thermotechnology Corp.

Mr. Murray is responsible for the areas of Marketing Services, Product Marketing, Brand Management, and Training in addition to developing future business opportunities in North America. Murray began his career in the solar business as a Regional Sales Manager for Garden Way Manufacturing. Mr. Murray majored in Business and Economics while attending the University of Vermont and Johnson State College.

 

 

JimJim French
Jim French is Senior Vice President of Wholesale Distribution of Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. French joined Buderus in 1997 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. French is responsible for wholesale channel distribution for Buderus and the Bosch hot water products, as well as the network of manufactures representatives and factory direct sales throughout North America.

French previously worked with Vaillant Corp., a German heat and hot water company, as a regional sales manager for the West, the Mid West and Mid Atlantic territories. In 1994, he was promoted to the national sales manager of Vaillant Corp. French graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in marketing, from West Chester University, in Pennsylvania.

 

 

EricEric Moffroid
Eric Moffroid is Senior Vice President of Retail Distribution for Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. Moffroid joined Controlled Energy in 1994 as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Moffroid is responsible for Retail and Catalog channel distribution for Bosch water heating products, as well as being responsible for the network of factory direct sales personnel and manufactures representatives throughout North America.

Moffroid taught High School History previously in Deerfield, MA and Tampa, FL. Moffroid earned an MBA from The University of Vermont as well as a Masters in European History from The University of South Florida.
